Using Telephone Solicitations As Follow-Ups

to your Direct Mail Marketing

Often times you can triple or even quadruple your responses from a rented list by using telephone solicitations a few days after the mailing piece has been received by the people on that direct mail list. Depending on how big the list is, you may need to use more than one person for this. Don't be shy about doing this, but remember normal courtesies and the regulations of the specific states into which you are calling. You may have to pay a higher list rental rate if you use telephone follow ups, but it's usually worth it.
