Advertising the Right Product

for the Right Audience in Direct Mail

Many people make the mistake of thinking a great ad can sell anything to anyone. This is false. You must directly target your audience. This all depends on what type of advertising you're using. If you're using traditional Direct Mail, then it would be smart to buy a mailing list where the customer is more likely to be interested in your product. If you're selling custom made pool cues, then it would probably be a good idea to have a direct mail list in which the person owns a pool table. If you're advertising in another medium, like a magazine, you should target the type of magazine a person interested in your product would be most likely to read.
