Importance of Honesty In Direct Mail MarketingHonesty is the basis upon which your credibility stands. Credibility is important in all businesses, but especially in direct mail marketing. The simplest ways to keep your credibility in tact is to be honest, and prove that what you're saying is true. For instance, if you make a claim, prove it. By simply saying that something is "quality" doesn't hack it these days. You have to have proof. A good way to do this is to tie your product in with credible testimony. By credible, I don't mean a celebrity endorsing the product, but actually testimonials from people who are satisfied users of the product you're trying to sell. The most important thing is to keep it honest with your direct mail.
